Season 2 of Space Force is out now on Netflix! The show was created by Steve Carrell and Greg Daniels, who was also the creator of The Office and Parks and Recreation.

The first season received mediocre ratings: 7 on ATTL and 6.7 on IMDb. But Greg Daniels is known to have subpar first seasons for shows that end up being amazing like the two listed above. We’ll have to see how season 2 fares.

The show boasts a great cast: Steve Carrell, John Malkovich, Ben Schwartz, Diana Silvers, Tawny Newsome, and Jimmy O. Yang.

The show’s premise is a four-star general, played by Steve Carrell, begrudgingly teams up with an eccentric scientist, John Malkovich, to get the U.S. military’s newest agency — Space Force — ready for lift-off.

The second season has only 7 episodes, compared to the first one which had 10.

If you haven’t seen the show yet, go into the first season with low expectations and you may enjoy it as I did. I’ll be looking forward to watching season 2 this weekend.
